Masha Peker - Director

Masha is a certified Pilates instructor who first started practicing Pilates at the young age of ten. Pilates helped her build strength on the road to becoming a professional ballet dancer. Pilates to Masha has always been a stronghold against injury as well as a source of mental, emotional and physical strength which facilitated her to have a professional 14 year career in the physically demanding world of ballet.

Over the past many years, alongside her bustling ballet schedule she became well versed in teaching the art of strength through Pilates in every age group, from children to the children of a greater life experience. Masha trained and continues to train Australian past and future Commonwealth Game gymnast champions through the art of her technique, preventing injuries and informing best future practices.

Today Masha’s North Star is to combine her unique experience to foster harmony between the physical and emotional wellbeing through the practice of Pilates. Every inch of her past years is now the fertile soil for the future wellbeing of each and every one of her Pilates members, be their goal : strength, fitness, recovery or the combination of all.
